Waterfront home on open water at the mouth of a large cove with beachfront play area and large dock. Dock has rocking chairs and Adirondacks for seating as well as dock whips/cleats for guests to tie up either a boat or watercraft. Lots of space and seating on patio with television and a propane fire pit that may be used for s’mores. Home renovation was featured on HGTV in 2017. Light, bright open living and kitchen concept that can host up to three families. Main house has three bedrooms. Upstairs master has a king bed and a newly renovated full ensuite bath. One downstairs guest bedroom has a king bed and the other guest bedroom a queen bed. Downstairs has a newly, renovated full guest bath as well as a powder bath. Two full size washer and dryers. Separate bunkhouse has large sectional couch for lounging and tv which is perfect for older children and/or teens. There are three sets of bunk beds that include three full beds and three upper twin beds. Please note there is no bath in the bunkhouse..
