- television: the home is equipped with wifi smarttvs with youtube tv and you may also log into your own streaming services (netflix, amazon, hbo, hulu, etc) there is no traditional cable tv

- per paradise valley ordinances any guests with a verified sex offender history will be asked to cancel their reservation at their expense

- last-minute and/or local reservations may be subject to an additional verification process and a security deposit
