glen iris is a historical neighborhood in birmingham`s southside community The neighborhood centers around Glen Iris Park, a central park with 20 residential lots of two acres each. The park was created by Robert Jemison Sr, who around 1901 envisioned and developed a highly exclusive place for Birmingham`s elite to live. Most of the homes were built between 1901 and 1940.

• do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors
• no loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm
• we are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• fees will be charged for the following instances:
• stained linens (towels and sheets) that can’t be cleaned will result in a $40 charge per item
• noise complaints will result in a warning and a second complaint will result in a $100 fine and cancellation of the reservation
• lost tv remote control will result in a $100 charge
• smoking of any kind will result in a $500 charge
• unapproved late check out fees: every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75
• $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
