The village is in the north part of the parish and is located two miles south of the town of Newton Abbot, 7 miles from the seaside resort of Torquay and 32 miles from the city of Plymouth.

On the opposite side of the hallway is a quaint bedroom containing bunk beds, perfect for children. Up a couple of steps and guests find themselves in the open plan kitchen/living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all you could need to rustle up a good meal and the living/dining area benefits from sofa and dining seating as well as Smart TV. Just off of the kitchen is a door leading to another bedroom containing double bed.
