the detached house is located on the outskirts of dranske-lancken in a secluded one-way street with a view of the cape arkona lighthouse, the highlight of every rügen holiday, on the wittow peninsula (north-west of the island of rügen), right between the bodden and the sea You benefit from a quiet location within walking distance of the cliffs and the sea, as well as numerous excursion possibilities to fine sandy beaches and cultural leisure activities favoured by a well-developed network of cycle paths.

On a living space of 65 m², a comfortable living and dining area with integrated kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a children's room with bunk bed and a daylight shower room branch off from the hallway. In the first bedroom, you sleep in a generously sized upholstered bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, which is surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps. A double-door wardrobe and a shelf provide storage space for your travelling wardrobe. The second bedroom is ideal as a children's room and is furnished with a double bunk bed with two sleeping options, one above the other, measuring 90 cm x 200 cm. There is still enough space for two desks, a wardrobe and a play area on the floor. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a radio are also available. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a vanity unit, a WC, a towel dryer and a bathroom window. The centrepiece of the flat is the spacious living and dining area with open-plan kitchen. The upholstered corner sofa invites up to four people to relax together after a day out. A flat-screen TV with satellite TV and a stereo system with radio and CD player provide entertainment in the evening. In front of the sofa is the dining table, where four people can sit down to a home-cooked meal. Surrounded by the fully equipped corner kitchen, which has a hob with four-zone ceramic hob and oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and the usual small electrical appliances such as a microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, you can prepare your own meals comfortably and extensively. The room, which offers access to the terrace, receives a pleasant amount of daylight through the window front with the glazed patio doors. There is also a cloakroom and shoe cupboard in the hallway.
