it is situated on a hill near calonge and in about 6 km distance to cala d'or, with marvellous vies over the eastern coastline
this old farmhouse has been beautifully reformed Respecting the formerly style it now provides all the comfort of today’s daily life. There are two double-bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom, a very well equipped kitchen with a nice stove, a spacious dining- and living area with a big wooden dining-table and cosy sofas to look television. All over, you can find unique pieces of antique furniture, restored by the owner himself.In the summer months, air conditioning is included in the rental price with a fixed schedule (22:00 - 06:00). In the winter months, the air conditioning can be used for heating all day and night at no extra charge.
