Positive: "Home 12" is a small place with only four rooms, and I had the privilege to be the only one for three days. The location is central, quiet and the host lady was very attentive. Each morning she prepared a breakfast with daily variations, accompanied by music from the '50s and '60s played on LPs. There is also a balcony to unwind, because these days were really very warm in Tbilisi. To sum up: "Home 12" is a special, friendly and welcoming place with a cozy atmosphere - definitely to be recommended! NB: At the end of my stay I even got a present.
