Located with tee to green views of the 11th fairway and the 15th green on the renowned Harbour Town Golf Links. A wonderful open floor plan offers 6,000+ sq ft with 6 bedrooms, 6 full baths & 1 half baths. 3 Living rooms with flat screen TVs. Custom touches throughout. Gourmet kitchen with gas stove, granite counters, custom cabinetry, premium appliances. Two large dining rooms with large tables to accommodate 16-18 people. A fantastic family/media/game room with pool and ping pong tables and an additional full bath. Custom porch with patio pavers & porch overlooking private pool & heated spa. Pool can be heated for $900 per week. There is parking for only four cars at the home. The garage is not available for parking. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 102 Baynard Cove in Sea Pines is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.
upon entering the home, you arrive in the formal living room with views out to the harbourtown golf links and private pool The great room is adorned with a wooden ceiling, hard wood floors and more great golf views. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to entertain for events and prepare gourmet meals. A private chef would enjoy preparing meals for your group. The oversize master suite is on the first floor with king size bed and oversize en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub. There is a guest room on the main floor with a queen bed also. One guest room has a king size bed with en suite full bath. There are three bedrooms that have two queen beds in each room and full private bathrooms. There are a total of four bedrooms on the main floor. Two bedrooms are up the stairs. You go up the steps to a sitting area with a comfortable couch, nice and private to get away from everyone. There is a huge bonus room at the top of the steps with a very large sectional couch with huge flat screen TV, bar area, pool table and ping pong table too. The bonus bedroom area has two sleeper sofas that will allow you to sleep over 20 people in the home.
