house rules:
1 Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2 Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people.
3 There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4 Although *non-shedding* pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.
5 We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6 Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
7 Please note that garbage removal is not included at this property, and garbage will need to be taken to the nearest refuse station upon check-out to avoid a $50 removal fee.
8 Guests must confirm current fire bans prior to using the fire pit. Any tickets issued for fires during a fire ban will be billed directly to the main renter on file for the respective date(s)..
