Positive: Excellent accommodation. Budget friendly. The staff were very polite and respectful. They had arranged a one day guided tour for Alexandria which was excellent. The driver and guide both were very nice. Since we had time available, we asked for additional places to visit in Alexandria. The driver took us to additional tourist spots and didn't demand extra money. Also they provided hassle free airport pick up and drop services.
