Positive: Easy to find, comfortable beds, toiletries provided, have parking, have english signs.

Negative: Its a spa, but the thermal baths close at 18, the massage centre at 16 and this information is not written anywhere but their website (if you search for it a lot you'll find it) and on the room key envelope. Got a coupon for welcome drink, but couldn't use it as bar closes at 18. The pool facilities were not too clear, the hotel is like a maze, in the sauna you have to be without swimsuit, so a lot of people walked naked around. There were no changing rooms for the sauna area and the explanation about no swimsuits and stuff was only on one of the two entrances to the area, which is very inconvenient and not everyone will know that you have to undress there (though its just one door away from the pool area where swimsuits are necessary), so logistics do not make sense at all. Food was decent, not many vegetarian options, no free options for dinner drinks - not even water. There was no writing if you can drink the water inside the room and the only water was in the mini fridge for which you have to pay. On my checkout day a lady came to ask if I used anything from mini fridge, which seemed odd to me, no other hotel with mini fridge did anything similar as you just say if you used anything or it is charged later. Breakfast is up to 10, but check out is also at 10 another inconvenience. All in all it was really poor experience comparing to other countries and even other hotels in Hungary I've been in spa hotels and not. Came to relax, was stressed out more. Not worth the money at all as I can stay at a very nice hotel and grab a dinner in a good restaurant for much cheaper.
