Positive: The location is wonderful and so is the food.!!!
Negative: The room must be original from the 1980s' including the mattress! The bathroom smells like sewer and the shower curtain had mold all over it at the bottom. The fact that a shower curtain only costs a few dollars and 5 minutes to replace shows how much they invest into the property.
