Positive: Good location. Spacious room, very comfortable bed. Nice shower with hot water and good water pressure.

Negative: The room was really cold (early April) as there was no heating on, and the one heating appliance in the room was not very strong. When asked about this, the owner said it was too expensive. I would rather have paid a bit more. The wifi was really slow (2 mb), and I couldn't hotspot as cell reception right there didn't have 4g/5g, I could only make calls. When you say you serve breakfast from 8 am, you shouldn't be surprised that people show up 8.10. It was not ready, and the hot items were ice cold on a heating plate. They should have been heated in the kitchen and kept warm on the plate. The breakfast selection was good, though (when hot and there).

Summary: Great room, but amenities not up to the expected standard.
