Positive: Moris is a friendly host who speaks English reasonably well. This is a small guesthouse with 15 rooms, not a hotel. Breakfast, presented as a “buffet,” was tasty but didn’t change at all over the 12 days I stayed: fried eggs, sausages, bread, a couple of cheeses, watermelon, melon, cake, and three types of boxed juice plus milk. While enjoyable, it quickly became repetitive. The rooms also offer very little soundproofing from the corridor side. I stayed in two rooms. Room 8 was fairly comfortable, but after a ceiling leak required repairs, I was moved to Room 4, which was worse, even though it had a larger terrace and a fridge (Room 8 only had a small balcony and no fridge). The room needs some maintenance. A bar of soap and toilet paper are provided, but there is no shower gel. For rooms without a fridge, a large shared fridge is available on the floor, and one hairdryer per floor is available in the common area. (Info) The guesthouse is not far from the beach, but it is unsuitable for guests with mobility issues. It sits on a steep hillside with a slope of about 45 degrees, and reaching the beach requires crossing a pedestrian overpass with stairs over a highway. Based on my personal experience, it was a pleasant stay with some enjoyable aspects, but considering the limited facilities and maintenance issues, I would rate it around 8/10 - it’s fine for a short stay, but not ideal for a longer visit.

Negative: The breakfast variety could be improved, and room maintenance is needed.
