Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: I decided to stay at the Hotel Sancho based on the star rating and really based on the ratings of others. I have never been to Madrid and really wanted to not spend too much on a hotel but not overspend. Not only did the Hotel Sancho exceed my expectations, but they really were hospitable and the rooms were clean and nice and just overall worth of their star rating. I would absolutely stay again and recommend the place to others.
Negative: If I had to fault anything, it's the location, but the hotel is near the Metro and if I knew how to use the Metro more efficiently, then this is a perfect location.
Summary: Hotel Sancho exceeded my expectation as a first timer to Madrid. A great hidden gem.
