Positive: 10 minute walk to Sofia Central station
Negative: 3pm check in, and property didnt respond to queries about earlier check-in. There is no manned reception I was lucky a staff member saw me on CCTV and let me drop my bag. “Double bed” was two singles pushed together, made up separately. I was travelling solo in a 4 bed room - the two singles (‘double’) was made up, but not the other beds. I was given one set of towels, one pillow, one sachet of shampoo (plastic, impossible to open), one piece of soap (to cover shower AND basin). Just one of everything. Beds were impossibly soft and uncomfortable. Overall I felt the hotel was penny pinching and I cannot recommend
