Positive: Location is good, although far away from Surat railway station, it's above Domino's Pizza shop so that helped
Negative: They charged me extra on pretense of tax. Although GST is 5% I was charged @ 18% and NO invoice was generated even after multiple requests and reminders. So they basically didn't pay any tax but still charged me for it. Senior staff also threatened to kick me out when I pointed that they are charging extra tax and I wasn't supposed to pay that much. Secondly they canceled the booking on booking.com even after I had checked in the hotel on the pretnce that I was a no show, so they cheated booking.com too. All this was made very clear to booking.com staff on phone and email. Zero action has been taken. Expected better follow up from you.
