New 55 inch TV in LR has apple TV allowing you to easily log in to your services, Netflix, Crave etc. Minimum 30 day rental and 1 renter must be at least 45 yo, no tenants under 19 yo as per HOA. Home is located in Del Webb's Sun City Grand, Surprise Az. Walking distance to rec center, golf, restaurant, bank, pharmacy and more.
