*we love to enjoy cocktails in the lounge (make sure to get a seat against the windows) at shore lodge- every season *Make sure to stop into the Mile High Arena to catch all the boat ramp action. It'll make for some good laughs! *For some of the best sweet potato fries around, My Father's Place. *Of course no trip to McCall in the summer is complete without a stop at Ice Cream Alley. *For a hearty breakfast Alpine Pantry and Provisions or Brunchette on the Lake. *For your midday lake adventure, pull your boat up to North Beach for some play time on the sand. *Hike Ponderosa State Park, especially in the fall- the colors are amazing. *Take the trail to War Eagle's lookout for panoramic views.
