you will love the views from our spacious, 4,700 square foot, four bedroom home on beautiful seabrook island Our large deck, with private pool, overlooks Captain Sam's Creek a tidal marsh with an abundance of wildlife. The house is walking or biking distance(1/4 mile) to the beach. It is one mile to the Beach Club; which has two pools, ocean views, restaurants, bars and beach access. Amenity Cards are provided with this rental. The beaches on Seabrook aren’t crowded, have gorgeous sunsets, and dolphins can be seen often (also from our back yard at times).
first floor includes:
the master bedroom has a king bed, television, large full bathroom and sliding doors opening to the deck and pool which overlooks the marsh
a second bedroom on the first floor has a king bed, television, and separate full bathroom
there is a large kitchen with a breakfast area, living room, den with flat screen tv, formal dining room, powder room, and laundry room

there are two beautiful award winning golf courses on the island ( crooked oaks & ocean winds) , tennis, crabbing, equestrian center(horse-back riding on the beach), swimming at the beach club, kayaking, pickle ball, bicycling, and a kid's camp
bohicket marina is located just outside the gate offering restaurants, bars, powerboat rentals, fishing charters, paddle boarding and kayaking rentals
fresh fields is 25 miles from the house its a shopping center where you can find anything you would need; Harris teeter, liquor stores, FortyEight -wine bar, La Tela Pizzeria, Java Java cafe, sushi bar, Ben&Jerry’s, a bunch of outfitters, day spas, beauty stores, Coopers etc.
