Positive: What an amazing hotel! We are so fortunate to have been able to stay here. The view from our balcony was absolutely magical, the room was generously sized & the food was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind & helpful - my wife was unwell for two days & the staff kindly served our meals in our room. We enjoyed a massage & facial as well as multiple visits to the rooftop onsen. Overall, a magical vacation at Hyakunagaran, I would gladly return & encourage anyone to stay at this wonderful place. Thank you!
