Positive: It was very easy to find the property and the instructions I was given to collect the keys via the key box were very straightforward. Claudia, the host, sent helpful videos giving guidance on using the cooker, washing machine and accessing the balcony. It was great to be able to sit on the spacious balcony and take in the ambience. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet which was great. The Metro is a five minute walk from the studio and the centre of Rome is less than a twenty minute ride away. The studio was clean, warm and comfortable. I appreciated using the Smart TV and the Nespresso coffee maker.
Negative: A microwave oven would have been a bonus but its lack did not detract from a wonderful stay
