Positive: It was all fine, no complaints for what we paid. The staff were realtively friendly and always helpful. There was a cockroach in the toilet on the groundfloor and one other day I went there it needed cleaning. Otherwise I've no complaints, and I think your staff were very good. Although it's on quite a busy road near a busy junction, it was relatively quiet during the day and quite at night. The air conditioning / window proved useful. Good local buses for the says we didn't have a car. The meals and drinks I had downstairs were also good.
