Positive: Fabio is a welcoming and entertaining host who bakes excellent breakfast treats. Beautiful property grounds and historic 1285 era home tastefully renovated. Comfortable room with elegant furnishings; property 2 minute drive from historic Montalcino. What more could you ask for?
