bathroom: accessible from bedroom or living room and features walk in shower, single sink vanity, fresh towels, and luxury organic bath products courtesy of stay aloha
common area: we have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 people, smart tv with cable, pull out sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs There is a closet with beach gear which consists of beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler only.
***stay aloha provides a generous essentials "starter" kit We do not stock extra and supply more than most on island hosts. there is an aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well***
we do have a $75 damage insurance fee that covers up to $1500 in damage, accidents happen, we have you covered
***there is construction going on at this resort for stucco repair on the building It does not disrupt any of the amenities like pool, fitness center, lobby, elevators, etc.***

McDonalds, Whaler's convenience store, a gas station, a coffee shop, souvenir shop, and ATMS are also located in the Center.

*the beach fronting the royal kahana experiences seasonal ocean current changes that influence the beach’s physical appearance and size During the fall and winter, it is not uncommon that these currents sweep away a very large amount of sand, which will gradually return back in spring and summer, based on the ocean's current activity. Our HOA, The County of Maui, and the State of Hawaii are working diligently to return Kahana Bay to its full potential.
this circumstance, unfortunately, affects the accessibility of our valued guests to the beach While there may not be, at times, direct access from the property to the beach during the fall and winter season, there is a public beach access within 5 minutes walking distance.
