brand new to our portfolio from october half term, infinity lodge is a highly bespoke and modern property with views and access to minety lake The property is only a short walk away from the spa, Ballihoo, and the tennis courts giving you an enviable position at Lower Mill that will allow you to make the most of your holiday.
all our properties at lower mill estate, the cotswolds and silverlake, dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
ground floor:
as you enter infinity lodge you will be greeted with a beautifully furnished, open-plan kitchen and dining area with bifold doors opening out onto a large decking and garden area that leads up to minety lake You have access to your very own private jetty, which is perfect for launching water sports equipment during the warmer months. In the winter months curl up on the sofas in front of the log fire and enjoy the use of the properties Sky and Sky Sports subscription provided by the owners.
please note that water sports equipment shown in the images is not included with the house, you may bring your own equipment to be stored outside or rent equipment from the activity hub located at lower mill
first floor:
as you make your way upstairs you will find the master double bedroom benefitting from a view over minety lake Not only does the master bedroom have a bespoke ensuite bathroom, there is also a freestanding bathtub in the bedroom.
on this floor, there is a further double bedroom, a bunk bedroom with two bunk beds sleeping a total of 4 children, and a family bathroom
second floor:
on the top floor, you will find the final two bedrooms, the first is a double bedroom overlooking the front of the property and the second is a large super king bedroom with a lake view There is also a further family bathroom on this floor.

the back decking has a dining table and a coal bbq for you to be able to make the most of the great british summer Your private jetty gives you the perfect launch place into Minety Lake so you can easily explore the best our nature reserve has to offer from the water.
one of the standout features of infinity lodge is it has its own summer house situated at the front of the property Here you will find a large corner sofa and a 70 inch TV perfect for the kids, while the adults can enjoy some peace and quiet in the main house.
please note that this property has an ev charger but this is not available for guest use Please instead use one of the 4 communal EV charging points available at Lower Mill.
minety lake is the newest addition to lower mill and habitat escapes! as such, there are still properties and areas around the lake and wider estate that are undergoing final elements of construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery and workers around the property between 0730 and 1800, monday to friday and 0800 to 1300, saturday Please abide by any signage relating to construction areas.
