newly renovated home-located close to major los angeles attractions The home is close to the trendy NoHo Arts District, Restaurants, boutiques, Universal Studios and the Hollywood Walk of fame. The home has 4 bedrooms, renovated kitchen, and pool, dining room, flat screen TV, office work area, plenty of storage closets and a full bathroom. The home is located near the 170 Fwy which connects to the 101, 135, 405 and other major freeways that make Los Angeles travel more accessible.
the home also boasts a full gourmet kitchen including stove top, oven, large refrigerator, granite countertops, toaster oven, dishes, pots, utensils, plenty of counter space and storage The home also offers a full laundry room with large side-by-side washer & dryer. The house has central heat & air.
