Summary: Hotel was in very convenient location (close to Tram stop, many destinations in easy reach) and general condition was very good. I booked a Townhouse Room, not realising it was separate from main hotel (not made clear on booking details) and we had a groundfloor room facing the road. VERY noisy - nightclub directly opposite with lots of noise until 3am and Tram passes right outside window every 15 mins or so. I would avoid those rooms!
