1 bedroom with a futon bed + 1 futon mattress 2 places in the living room (to be unfolded if needed)
the flat is very quiet as it overlooks a pleasant inner courtyard Entirely renovated and decorated with care, it is very well equipped and has an independent kitchen. The apartment has an unobstructed view of the Belledonne and Taillefer mountains. It is an ideal base for a professional stay or to discover Grenoble and its magnificent region.
🏢 this beautiful flat consists of :
- a large cosy living room with sofa, armchair and table for eating or working (office chair);
- a fully equipped independent kitchen: cooker with induction hob and oven, dolce gusto coffee machine (capsules not supplied), kettle, fridge/freezer, kitchen utensils;
- a bedroom with a japanese double bed "muji" and futon (220 x 160 cm) + a second futon mattress for 2 persons on tatami mats in the living room to be unfolded if necessary;
- a beautiful bathroom with italian shower, hair dryer;
- separate toilet;
- plenty of storage space
