this magnificent duplex is on the sixth and top floor of a quiet and sunny building Its outdoor space invites you to sunbathing and diving in the pool, located in the gardens of the condominium.
with two accommodations, both spacious with double bed, this apartment sleeps up to seven people and is equipped with everything you need

the location is ideal for exploring the city by foot (reaching within ten minutes walk the cathedral, the marina and the city centre) or by public transport (bus stop is within two minutes walk)
getting around
although a aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within five minutes walk distance from the flat, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get there Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. it is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

Summary: Very nice apartment, ideal for two couples (two equal bedrooms, separate bathrooms). Great roof terrace with views over Funchal and space for two cars in the underground garage.The location is excellent, close to the center of Funchal, yet quiet.The service from the An Island Apart Team was excellent, especially Jessica was very helpful.The apartment's furnishings, although complete, are a bit dated. This particularly applies to the kitchen equipment and the brick barbecue, which is gradually falling apart.The owners would only need to invest a small amount to achieve a full rating, so it remains a "good" rating.
