Summary: Jay’s place is in a nice neighborhood. The check in was easy and the place was comfortable and clean. There were also many things missing, some that were listed in the amenities, such as paper towels and body wash. There was only one bath towel in the bathroom. No other towels, such as a hand towel or even a bath mat. We did find one more bath towel and one beach towel in the closet.In the bedroom the bed support on the right side was crushed and collapsed. The problem had existed for a long time and was mentioned in a previous review. In the kitchen, even though there was a working oven, there was nothing to use to place in the oven and no potholders . There was no dishcloths. Also for the first two days the water in the shower was, at best, lukewarm. We did get hot water on the third day.Jay did respond to some of our requests, but ignored others. The bed was fixed for the second night. We enjoyed our stay in Luquillo, but would not choose to stay in Jay’s again.
