Outside, you'll find a heated pool with loungers and a grill to enjoy, or relax & watch a movie on the poolside projector screen! Only 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach, you won't find better a place to have "More Fun, More Memories" for the whole family - you'll never want your vacation to end! In the backyard, you'll find yard games such as Cornhole, giant jenga, ping pong, and of course a full-size pickle ball court, basketball hoop and 4 hole putt putt! In the evening, enjoy watching a movie on the outdoor projector, lounging in the backyard dining area, or enjoy more games inside the garage such as: Smash Bros, Mario Party, skeeball, poker, card games, or a 1v1 basketball shootout.
during the day, you can visit one of the usa's best beaches such as clearwater beach (only 15 minutes away!), or check out more local beaches (sand key and indian rocks beach, only 10 minutes away) and take with you the beach kit provided with your stay! before you head out for the day, don't forget to try out our coffee-bar stocked with various flavor add-ins to give you the energy you'll need to have a fun day in the sun!

Breaking of any of the House Rules such as: having unregistered guests, parties, unregistered pets, illegal activity, smoking indoors, or excessive noise/not following quiet hours can and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. neighbors are diligent in reporting such as well so please be respectful to the property, the furnishings, quiet hours, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay :)
