Positive: Definitely cheap place - for one night it is ok, as you can't get cheaper. Place is clean.
Negative: In my single room, everything was old from the building, to the furniture to the bedsheet. I expected a room a bit nicer per the picture. I slept close by the kitchen and at 6am - workers were talking - not closing the door. Also, there is a big wall window in the kitchen splitting the room in 2 - with a light curtains and people sleeping on the other side.
Summary: Very cheap, ok for short stay
