the neighbors in this area are great If you need a cup of sugar or anything else they will all go out of their way to lend a hand. a safe and quiet neighborhood, please respect the requested quiet times between 10:00pm and 8:00am!
getting around
one of the major advantages of this home is the close proximity to the grocery store There is a walking path that leads directly to Grocery store, Fletchers tire store, a manicure spa, Ups mailing store, a fantastic Italian restaurant called Babbo and that's only naming a few. If you love to Golf you can walk to Triology golf course. Again the Queen Creek Wash is right outside the front door. An asphalt path that spans 11 miles round trip and is being lengthened in the next few years. such a great way to stay active!
