Positive: Good bed and AC. Quiet roundings. Good scooter service. Clean mostly. Lovely cats. Two fridges.

Negative: Shower worked very poorly, water pressure nonexistent. Toilets did not flush properly (no, we did not put any paper there) During our 4 day stay there were two electric power cuts around 6pm to 8pm. The gas stove was dangerous, even though qe used it correctly the flames came underneath the stove! That was scary. We did not get any info about cleaning or where to take the trash. Taxi driver charged us 300 baht for a drop off to closest village... Rip off. Felt like the aparments were neglected. Not worth the price.
