Summary: Unfortunately this stay was below average. The room is on the same level as the community space with the pool/ping pong table etc. When I arrived the sliding and screen doors were unlocked and opened!! That could let so many bugs in and is not safe. There are tons of lights out on the patio, but the only window covering for the sliding door is very thin. It let a ton of light in. It also made me feel like I had no privacy except in the bathroom. When I was in the apartment in the evening I felt like I had to keep the lights off because I didn’t want anyone seeing in. The apartment was tidy, but not clean. There was a smell as soon as I entered (I think from the garbage disposal.) The air conditioning filter had so much dirt hanging from it that I feared it would fall on my head every time I walked in. It looked like there were mold spurs on the ceiling as well. There was also no tissue box, no bath mat, and nothing to hold the toilet paper roll, just a roll of toilet paper propped nearby. The location and communication were great, but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it.
