Newly renovated, modern, and comfy. Less than 10 minutes to the Beach! 3 bedroom, 2 bath private house with heated private pool. Pool is not heated April through September, because it is not needed in the hot months of Florida. Walking distance to Florida Institute of Technology. Sleeps 8, King Sleep# in Master, Queen Serta Silver in other 2 bedrooms, and queen pull out sofa in the living room. Space Coast Sports Complex only 20 minutes away, Kennedy Space Center just under an hour, and Disney and Orlando attractions just over an hour. All the amenities included, full equipped kitchen, SmartTV in every bedroom and one in the living room, all with WIFI. Come and explore what Melbourne has to offer, or just sit by the pool and RELAX!.

Summary: The stay was great it was better then expected! It had everything we needed! Thank you. We will definitely stay again. I appreciated all the little extra stuff like laundry soap, shampoo conditioner dish soap toothpaste sunscreen we didn’t need to go to the store for any of that. The pool was perfect for our family. I can’t wait till we can come back.
