Summary: When we first showed up the room they put us in was still disgusting and dirty from the gust prior it had their left over trash and sheets were all off the beds The new room we were put in the shower was dirty had left over hairs on the shower walls and one of the wash cloths had stains on it. The staff and location were the only good things about this hotel Parking is valet $45 a night which isn’t mentioned until arrival My overall experience was 3 out of 10 and would not consider Kins hotel again in the future
