Negative: lac of communication at check in and check out. staff not knowing what was already paid for and trying to have me pay again a very large sum. Staff at check in not mentioning included for breakfast and lunch and dinner being conspicious about it to later add charges. Inconsistent input, one saying soft drinks were included another saying it was not.
