Positive: Staff were excellent, resolved problems with WiFi as soon as they could, helpful with laundry, airport transfer, etc. Great location, views from the penthouse apartment fantastic.
Negative: Initially problems with WiFi, TV only has 2 channels, beds were not very comfortable.
