Positive: La Palazzina is set in a garden with the most stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. It’s both secluded & peaceful and a car is essential. The host, David, was so helpful in every way possible, especially as we were travelling with a young baby. Having been bitten by mosquitos in the previous days, we were so grateful for the mosquito blinds on every window so did not get one bite. The ceiling fans are also a lovely addition.
Negative: Nothing to dislike, but do note that life is lived upstairs and you need to be able to manage the staircase to carry stuff up and down to the garden. It is wide & has bannisters. I am especially sensitive as I’ve had 2 ankle reconstructions but managed ok. Only tiny negative is water pressure in showers is not good.
Summary: Beautiful, peaceful, secluded, with a fabulous host highly recommend
