Positive: The location was great, with nearby parking.

Negative: Kitchen and bathroom could have been cleaner. Lots of crumbs left on the countertop and old dirty sponges left in the kitchen sink. Needed to wash dishes before use because they were soiled.

Summary: Location was great! Apartment needs to be cleaned better.
