Positive: The place is new, very clean and well located. The owner was a very nice person, friendly, caring, and sweet.

Negative: It wasn’t possible to regulate the heating, so the room and the bathroom felt quite cold at times and a slight sewage smell was noticeable. The breakfast, personally prepared by the owner, was quite simple, with fried eggs, zucchini, bread, cheese, butter, honey etc. Coffee was only instant, so I missed having a proper espresso or cappuccino, that’s why I took one from Zabka. I LOVE dogs but some people may not be ok with them inside the breakfast room.
