Positive: overall ok. Good position in center of Nancy
Negative: Basically no windows. One small on top of the kitchen, and second one was closed with curtains, and all IT stuff in it. So no natural light in the room. I would suggest the owner to put just a light plastic film on the window, so keeps privacy, and light can come in, and than the curtain as there is now, for night sleep.
