Summary: We really liked this property in every way. The location has so many advantages. Being on the ground floor, with parking just outside along with a private lanai with direct access to the pool and ocean. The condo was outfitted with all the necessities and comforts of home in every room. Having air conditioning was a definite bonus. There is a common space laundry available not in the condo. We enjoyed being able to walk to shopping and restaurants. When we encountered a routine unexpected issue, the property managers responded and sprang to action immediately. They were next level on their customer service and made things right for us. We would definitely go back without hesitation as the space checked all the boxes for us.
