this single-story home has been newly renovated to include a modern updated kitchen with lots of workspace and dedicated coffee bar
the kitchen overlooks the pool, deck and almost half mile view up the lake It is the perfect place to entertain guests, while still being able to keep an eye on the kids in the pool (of course, kids should never swim unsupervised). the backyard is fenced in as well perfect for all your furry friends!
there are 5 bedrooms total sleeping 18 guests in beds Two have king beds, two have queen beds, and the fifth is the bunk room. It contains 4 bunk beds - two twin over twins, and two twin over fulls.
out front, the lot is mostly level and covered in grass, perfect for a volley ball net or whatever There is a large dock to tie your boat to, and a boat ramp on the property to launch and retrieve your boats or jet skis. Alternatively, the marina is only a couple hundred yards up the street, so is the Tiki Hut, a local bar and grill. However, it is private, so you'll need to get a membership in advance.

there are many shops and unique restaurants right up the road With Clemson University about 8 miles away, and even on game day, traffic is not bad from this direction. If the outdoors is for you there are quite a few hiking trials and waterfalls to visit in the nearby area. Chattooga River is only about 30 minutes and offers some fantastic whitewater rafting for any skill level.
