Positive: Fully equipped kitchen and large apartment size
Negative: Requirement to stay within the designated backyard. The backyard is next to the water (aka lake), not certain if one can use it for anything more than just looking at it. The view is nice, but it’s just a small area. Restrictions to go further into the private fields for walking or jogging makes it feel very locked in.
