you will have the entire upper suite, with private entrance, of a top down duplex overlooking the lake The suite has a bedroom with queen bed and a pull out couch in the living room. There is a full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. There is a desk right next to a lake view window that makes an excellent work space. The back door is ground level and exits to a flat deck with an outdoor couch. There is a fire pit in the back yard within view of the lake. The back yard is enclosed by mature trees for excellent privacy.
