enjoy our 4 bed , 3 bath (plus new outdoor shower & vanity), recently updated home The spacious and stunning 1/2 acre yard features extra sleeping space in the Iconic newly remodeled 1978 Airstream. This home is located in the Cactus Corridor.

the backyard living space is the nicest in the valley- guests remark they feel like they are at the four seasons resort Heated Pool and 10 person spa is available for $125/night upon request, (82 degrees on pool and 102 degrees on spa).
the house is complete with firewood- a mix of pine, eucalyptus, mesquite, ash and elm We ask if you use the Cowboy Cauldron for fires, you replace the wood. Frys sells wood as does Home Depot all close by.
do not retrieve any pickleball balls or basketball by hopping the fence! extra balls located in the garage above ice machine
no pickleball or basketball games on court after 10pm.
please be considerate of neighbors when playing pickleball or basketball Foul language is discouraged as there are many neighbors with children.
