this beautiful spacious 2,750 sq ft back lot cottage has 4 inviting bedrooms as well as a pull out sectional sofa with 25 bathrooms and a large chef's kitchen as well as a bar in the basement and an open concept kitchen/living room and dining room.
this beautiful property has 2 separate beach fronts 100 meters either side 5 minute drive from downtown Bayfield with all the shops and 15 minute drive to Goderich. Enjoy our updated 1200 sq ft deck that wraps around the cottage. Sunroom is also there in case you just want some shade. Or feel free to enjoy the Central Air Conditioning in the house on the really hot days.
